No problem! For a quick determination of load bearing conditions of existing walls or designing a new floor plan, one visit to the site - your home - is all that is required. There is NO CHARGE for a design consultation and a timely estimate for costs of improvements!

We can get your plans drawn for permit procurement normally for $300, depending on number of pages and details required, within a few days of when requested.
In addition, we charge a nominal $200 for most permit procurements, and these are usually issued over the counter on the same day as presented.
For projects requiring an engineer, we have both architects and engineers who can help you determine the scope of your project. We also work with an interior designer who is available to assist with color and interior layout. We will be more than happy to work with your own designer or architect.
